Our days are bleeding into each other and we sometimes feel overwhelmed with how fast and how slow time seems to be. A month feels like a week and a week feels like a day, but when do we take our break?

Prioritize your mental health. Take a step back, breath, drink some water- be kind to yourself. Ask for help when you need it. Because at the end of the day, we have ourselves and the friendships we’ve made as support.
